who we are

entrées studio is Jordan Jeffery, trading as entrées studio, in Australia. The studio makes the apps below. When a policy on this site says "we" or "us", it means that. Write to tomspanx@entrees.live about anything on these pages.

the apps

  • åsecondput a thought down as it arrives, and get it back where you had it.read the åsecond policy
  • süscheftell it what is in the fridge and cook dinner from what is already there.read the süschef policy
  • paciolihousehold books. bring in a bank export and see where the money went.read the pacioli policy

one account

åsecond, süschef and pacioli share one entrées account: one email address, one sign-in. Each person's data is locked to their own account, or in pacioli to their household. Deleting the account deletes it in all three apps.

true of every app

  • We don't sell your data, and we don't show ads.
  • We don't track you across other companies' apps and websites.
  • Nothing you put into an app goes to an AI service until you allow it in that app.
  • Account data is stored by Supabase in Sydney, Australia.
  • The companies that handle your information for us, such as Supabase, Vercel and Anthropic, do so under terms with us that require them to protect it at least as well as our policies do, and to use it only to provide their service to us.
  • We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988.

this website

entrees.studio sets no cookies and runs no analytics or ads. Typefaces load from Google Fonts and the music player streams short previews from Apple, so both see your IP address. If you talk to the door on the contact page, what you type goes to Anthropic (Claude) to write the reply, and we don't keep the conversation. If you speak to it instead, your browser's own speech service (Apple's in Safari, Google's in Chrome) turns your voice into words, and fal reads the splat's reply aloud; we only ever receive your words, never your audio. Our host, Vercel, keeps short technical logs to run and protect the site.

your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to correct it. Email us from your account address and we will answer within 30 days. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, tell us first. If we don't fix it, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner atoaic.gov.au.

changes

If a policy changes, we will post the new version with a new date. If a change matters, we will tell account holders by email before it takes effect.
